I have been trying to teach my children Namaste for a while. I have two girls ages 6 and 8. I was finding it hard to figure out ways to get them to understand. I bought Namaste Masters and read through it. I though "this is perfect". Not only can I read this with them but there are even games for them to do. Being that they are so young, the games explain what to do perfectly. I have not found anything like this before. My kids love it! They even use the techniques to help them with troubles at school.This book truly helps to start children on the right path in life. So thank you from all of us!
